Welcome to Fortress Fencing Inc. By visiting or using our website https://fortressinc.ca, requesting a quote, or hiring us for fencing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services We Provide

We offer residential and commercial fencing solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Chain Link Fencing
  • Vinyl Fencing
  • Ornamental Fencing
  • Gates & Enclosures
  • Metal Handrails
  • Fence Repairs
  • Bollards

All services are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on site conditions, scheduling, or material availability.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Any quote provided through our website or via phone/email is an estimate only. Final pricing may change after an on-site inspection or based on changes to project scope, terrain, or materials. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in your contract or invoice. We accept major payment methods including e-transfers and business cheques. Late payments may result in service suspension or collection efforts. In some cases, a deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may not be refundable once materials are ordered or work has started. If Fortress Fencing Inc. cancels your service, we will issue a full refund of any deposit paid.

5. Warranty

Most of our fencing projects come with a limited workmanship warranty. Material warranties, if any, are provided by manufacturers. Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Vandalism
  • Weather damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Ground movement or shifting

Please contact us directly for warranty claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fortress Fencing Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Delays in service
  • Acts of nature
  • Client-provided materials or incorrect measurements
  • Hidden underground utilities not identified by BC 1 Call or the property owner

7. Property Access

By booking with us, you confirm that you have the authority to allow our team access to the job site and agree to ensure that the work area is free from hazards (including pets, personal belongings, and underground structures).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, images, logos, and layout are owned by Fortress Fencing Inc. or licensed appropriately. You may not reuse or reproduce any part of this site without our permission.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us (e.g. through contact forms or service inquiries) will be kept confidential and used only to fulfill your request. Please see our Privacy Policy for more info.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our site or services indicates your agreement to the current version of the Terms.
